As the founder, Nic is a tech exec not new to career change: diplomacy, consulting, finance, publishing, HR, tech… spanning the world. He is passionate about the future of careers, in all their nuances, and the power of community to solve the world’s big issues. He has helped 1000s build dream careers, and still advises founders through their journeys.
You are not alone. 500m+ people will change roles in 2025 and there is a lot of anxiety around it, triggered by AI and an uncertain world. Sunny Future stepped in, bringing a dose of Aussie optimism to our careers (in fact, the name came up on Sunshine Beach): a community of ambitious folks inclined to build a better world for all.
